My name is Aidinha (I-dee-nah) I'm a spiritually oriented, disabled, bilingual, counselor. I work from a client centered, trauma informed, and harm reduction approach. I am also a passionate self-care advocate and Tarot scholar. I know each client is the expert in their own life. I'm here to help guide you towards utilizing your strengths by highlighting and celebrating everything that is unique about you. I encourage you to bring your whole self to the session - not only your immediate goals and concerns, but also your interests, hobbies, dreams, and curiosity. This is a supervised private practice. It is owned and/or managed by a master’s level, non-independent licensee under Board-approved clinical supervision pursuant to A.A.C. R4-6-217.
